0001213: What about a bandwidth throttle?
With ISP's currently increasing packet stateful inspection with cisco apparates and, therefore, choking our poor DSL connections when ed2k connections are on, it would be VERY useful to sport a general "bandwidth throttle" command (like the one in the upper right corner of shareaza window) so that one can temporarily lower the bandwith use of amule and gain a better responsiveness of other applications when needed. THANKS.
