0001227: Minimize to systray issue
The "Options->General->Minimize to systray" is not suitable for X desktops. Amule should minimize to the systray when its window is closed, not minimized. One issue of the current behaviour is that a desktop switching (on GNOME, XFCE, ...) minimizes Amule (and consequently it disappears from window's list on that desktop when you return to it)

just a suggestion (if you decide to implement this feature): a warning should appear after the click on the "X" to close the window, just to inform the user that the application will not be terminated, but only "minimized" and "put" in systray and that to quit it, the user must choose "exit" from file menu.

(additional improvment: it should be possible to enable/disable this warning in Preferences)

Good idea. Except for the fact that we don't have a file menu. ;)

Which actually makes this all rather tricky ...

I believe this is fixed now.
