Summary0001517: upnp router port not well detected: upnp does not work
DescriptionSometimes, the upnp client in amule fails to detect the upnp port to contact the router. as you can see in the log file below, the client tries to connect to the port 49152 to get the ipcfg.xml. this fails because the router is using 49153 now. It can happen that instead sometimes it selects the right port, but if it fails one time, then it's not recoverable and I have to reboot the router

Yes, it advertises in the wrong port :( but this thing happens also with another router of a different make!! it's strange! really strange!
could the code be changed to check also the +1 port?

in my case, amule can't detect UPNP for delays in the network initialization. sholud by nice if amule retry initializate UPNP every 5 mins

For me UPnP works flawlessly with my router (huawei 800MT) Which OS are you running? did you compile aMule or used a provided package?

for me is happneing to. It's happening on 2 routers at least. Comtrend grg 4280US was working and zte f6640 and sagemcom 5657 are not.
So I think it's something with libupnp I think. I have to say that in qbittorrent is working correctly
