Clicking in the clear button, in the search tab, in my system don't crashes.

I'm also using Gentoo.What version of wxGTK are you using?

I have installed wxGTK 2.6.3.3 and amuled/amulegui 2.1.3 (both are in portage). I also have kernel 2.1.18 installed (gentoo-sources-2.6.18-r2).

Countless bug reports, threads on the forum, bug in wx < 2.8.0, please don't reopen as it's not an aMule bug.
