Did you restart aMule?
Does aMule (or at least the user running it) have enought permissions to write there?

Something in the log?

Thanks for your reponse.

- Yes, i restarted immediately aMule as mentionned by the warning.

- I don't know if the permissions are fine.
(I can manually put a file in this folder)
(aMule has no problem with the Temp folder "/media/Data/home/aMule/Temp".)
(I have to give my password to mount the partition "Data")

- The log don't mention any problem with the directory.

No, it is a ext4 partition.

If i put a file in "/media/Data/home/aMule/Incoming" it is shared.
Both directories are shared.

Did you type the text or use the browse button?
Are you using aMule or amulegui?

- I use the graphical interface (= amulegui ?)

- I don't remember how i wrote the directory.
==> I use the browse button, then restarted, the bug still happened.
==> Another test, I have deleted the "/media/Data/home/aMule/Incoming" directory, then i used the browse button, Inside it i created a "Downloaded" folder in place. I wait.... 3 downloads finished. One file went to the standart incoming folder, the 2 others went to "/media/Data/home/aMule/Downloaded".

I see only one difference between the 2.
Is it possible that the destination folder is individualy assigned when the file is added to the download list ?

amule is the graphical client, amulegui is a remote control usually used together with amuled (which looks just like amule). Which of the two are you using?

Ah - you are using categories, right? Changing the incoming folder works only for files not assigned to a cat, because each cat has its own incoming folder. You have to change the folder for each cat individually.

Problem solved !!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your help.

The problem is due to the fact that i use categories.
