Summary | 0000431: UI gets bocked when used in a DSL connection.
Description | Amule remote GUI is extremelly slow when used through a DSL (128 kbps of upload traffic, only 4 Kb/s used for amule) connection. The GUI is virtually blocked very often. Particulary serious is that when selecting "Traffic", the UI seems to be absolutely frozen. I have not yet been able to see my list of downloads with the amulegui. By contrast, amuleCMD equivalent functionality "show dl" works fine. Normal access to the remote machine through SSH works fine, thus there is enough bandwidth for the control operation. For testing this problem you may use the linux traffic control with the loopback device.
Steps To Reproduce | |||||
Additional Information | An alternative approach valid for me would be to add functionality to amuleCMD, such as searching and starting downloads.
