Summary0000469: unregular layout change in transfers
Descriptionon the upload-download page (transfers) the divider of the down-up section doesn't keep his place.

after restart the divider is almost completely up so you see a lot of clients to which you are uploading and only one line of your files you are downloading.

after changing the position of the divider everything is good until the next quit and restart of amule.
