Summary0000683: remain ed2k links handler hidden status
Descriptionwhen fast ed2k links handler is disabled in prefs, clicking twice on Search in the aMule toolbar will remove the fast ed2k links hanlder from the search window too (sicne it is always tehre, even if removed from prefs). But when swiching out and then back to search window it appears again.

I propose to remember the ed2k links hanlder's visibility throughout the session so that when gping back to the search window it is still hidden/visible. What's more, i would even like to propose to store the value into amule.conf to remember this across sessions. this would make happy the ppl on forum asking for this.

It'll make just one guy happy. And I can hear the public screaming "Where is my ed2k handler" after clicking twice by mistake.

From forums:

ppl can reactivate Prefs -> GUI tweaks -> fast ed2k links handler and it will be shown again on all windows.

if they didn't touch preferences then iti is enabled by default. double clicking searc buttondoes nothing if prefs -> gui -> ed2klinks is enabled. i mean, if it is enabled, it won't be hidden no matter how much times you clikc the search button. test it yourself Wink

If anything, we should change the option for the "fast" ed2k handler to a dropdown with (at least) these options: "on all pages", "on searches", "disabled"
