| Description | IP filter now filters server connections, but before it didn't; this is a regression. |

| Additional Information | I use the IP filtering option not for security reasons but to avoid emule traffic to outside Portugal. That is because our ISPs basically suck and give us different traffic limits to PT-only vs rest of the world. So I need to activate IP filter. However, I still need to connect to a server to contact other peers. |
