Summary

0001102: Upon downloading, gets stuck in a completing loop, never finishes

Description

After amule downloads an entire file, it begins it's hashing process. But during the completing cycle, it gets stuck and never stops completing. The file becomes useless. Sometimes there are no more users logged on with that file, but sometimes there are plenty of users with that file, it just won't complete.
