0001501: Support for Dynamic Leecher Protection (DLP)

Description

There are some hacked clients which are designed to "cheat" other peers in order to get a "faster" download speed without uploading much, or only upload to peers which uses the same client software. Some developers have made MODs which prevents such clients, such as this one:

It would be nice if such features can be added into aMule as well, which would help to save some bandwidth so that "normal" clients can get more downloads.

(0003090) Wuischke (manager) 2009-03-03 15:44	We won't include DLP. Search the forum for explanations. The only leecher protection I personally would agree to, is Wizard's Client Analyzer. Patches are welcome.
