Could be done, but imho it would make the spreading of files (and specially the initial spreading) much harder if the only complete sources disconnect and none of the new sources happen to download because there's no complete one available till it comes back. All the uploading and downloading time that might be saved by downloading the available parts (and thus sharing them) would be lost, and that would be no good. |
