0000660: Ambiguous name "Networks" in prefs

Description

Prefs -> Connection contains "Networks" which seems to enable/disable Kad and ed2k, but it only selects them to run at startup and with the main connect/disconnect button.

I would suggest changing the text to "Startup networks". It clarifies a little what it does really.
