Summary | 0000700: import tool window doesn't pop up when clicking the import button if it is already running
Description | If i click the import button, i get the import tool window created. Since it is asyncronous with aMule, Ican continue using aMule with the import tool window open elsewhere. The nasty thing comes when I click the import button again: sicne it is already open, nothing will happen. I have to realize that I left it open and so, i shoudl searhc for it in the windowmanager :) i think it would be much better if clicking the button poped the window to the front again if it is already created. ok, this is not a bug, it is just nasty.
