0000985: wiki verification code sometimes contains ambigous characters

Description

PROBLEM:
The generated picture for editing the wiki sometimes contains characters that could be one of "Iil1" (maybe also "oO0", although they did not appear to me). This is bad because it's hard enough (even for human) to read the characters. Multiple tries are a pain, it is annoying enough to be forced to enter a code for each preview.
FIX:
modify/configure the algorithm for test picture creation to exclude ambigous character such as "1IilO0o" (you can just read them out loud now, can you? :-P)
