0001351: Amuled/Amuleweb won't connect unless Autoconnect=1

Description

I'm running amuled/amuleweb. It would be convenient to have amuled start automatically at boot time and to then get it to connect when I want, but this is impossible. When I have Autoconnect set to 1, amuled connects automatically when it starts. Fine so far. But when I have Autoconnect set to 0, amuled never connects at all when manually requested to do so via amuleweb.
