0001392: default casrc file, error.

Description

la ejecucion './cas -o' cuando no existe fichero casrc hace que se genere un casrc por defecto, ese archivo contiene en la linea 17 'eventh_line 23,119,1'. Dicha linea no debe existir en el fichero "casrc" porque provocara que la firma posterior salga defectuosa (sin texto).
