Summary0001407: Use a default directory which is not hidden
DescriptionWhen a user first installs aMule, the downloaded files go to ~/.aMule/Incoming. This is confusing for first time Linux users since it is not trivial for them to locate files under a hidden directory.

Could you please use a visible directory under $HOME by default? aMSN for example creates a ~/amsn_incoming (which is quite ugly, but at least you know where it comes from :-)

We're considering changing this in the next major version. (2.3.0)

2.3.1 has already have its first rc version, but this doesn't seem to be addressed: do we still have a chance to see it going into the final 2.3.1? That would be really nice.

Thanks

Don't think so.
