0000663: amuled does not set bandwidth limits simultaneously

Description

In my cron daemon I set bandwidth limits to increase at 2AM. Both download and upload. Every time however, one of these limits would not change. I always wondered why, and I finally figured it out, when setting one of the limits to execute one minute later. [This is all with amuled].

The reason that I marked this bug as major is because I think that when you set limits simultaneosly for the gui, it crashes. At the moment I have no way to verify this.

If this bug is too tough to fix, then it should be documented somewhere.
