0000668: Upload is unstable and sometimes just stops

Description

After a little while I see some uploads in the upload table with the speed "nan kB/s".Then the more and more uploads seem to get the speed "nan kB/s". Finally it is no uploads any more in the upload table, and only now and then it starts one or two uploads, but the speed is always "nan kB/s" and nothing is uploaded. After a about 30 seconds the uploads "give up" and nothing is ever uploaded.

If I quit, and restart amule, then the uploads work again for a while, until suddenly it decideds that the "nan kB/s" entries are taking over, and no more upload is possible.

(0001516) Xaignar (manager) 2005-11-27 12:11	Does this problem still occur with a recent snapshot? I ask because the upload scheduling code has been mostly replaced, so it shouldn't. ;)
