0000740: when amuled's busy, amuleweb's op will result in "CECSocket error"

Description

after lot of testings, i found that:

1, when amuled is busy (almost in creating a very big part file), any operation in amuleweb or amulecmd will result a "CECSocket error", then amuleweb or amulecmd will be abort. it always be.

2, after amuled create a very big part file, it will throw a exception such as "CECSocket error: Input/Output error". but it won't interrupt amuled's thread.
