wgetting works as shown above.
But setting the URL http://www.bluetack.co.uk/config/nipfilter.dat.gz [^] in security preferences of aMule 2.1.1 to update ipfilter.dat from it, trying updating results in Messages:
2006-04-22 12:34:08: The URL http://www.bluetack.co.uk/config/nipfilter.dat.gz [^] returned: 403 - Error (6)!
2006-04-22 12:34:09: IPFilter: Failed to download the ipfilter from http://www.bluetack.co.uk/config/nipfilter.dat.gz [^]

Looks like aMule has a problem with url redirects (Status 301 - Moved permanently).
