0000964: Protocol Obfuscation support

Description

In the last eMule release (0.47b), appeared a new functionnality : Protocol Obfuscation support.
This new feature is very usefull (at least in France where two of the leading ISPs have set up brand new cisco routers in order to detect P2P traffic and decrease its priority on their networks, leading to poor, not to say null, download rates with the eDonkey protocol).
Users using these ISPs who tested this new functionnality reported that teir download rates where back to normal.

So I think it would be nice to see this feature in the next aMule release.
